The Most Efficient Method for Cutting Circles.
1. Position the cutter precisely onto the photograph in the desired location, ensuring that the glass base remains beneath it.
2. Place one palm on top of the center tube, while simultaneously holding the blade arm with your other hand. Apply downward pressure to rotate the blade arm one full clockwise turn.
3. Once the desired cut has been achieved, carefully remove the photograph from the cutter.
